Nutrition is necessary for everyone for their growth.Without nutrition to human body the human body or immune system may become weak.There may be various things that might happen if one does not take care of its nutrition.If you consume too much food everyday its causes calorie surplus and body starts storing fats which later results in obesity.If one gets obese the chances of heart problems, diabetes and other health problems rises and there may be diffculty in weight loss after you have already gained weight.

But if you focus on your goal to lose weight, take proper nutrition eat healthy avoid junk foods, take proper rest,enough sleep, exercise daily you will be able to lose fat and achieve your goal.

◆Benifits of eggs:Not all of them want to lose weight some want to increase weight built muscles so they need to consume more calories than usual.They need to consume proteins so the best example is to consume egg whites atleast 4 egg whites daily.Not the yellow yolk inside because it contains fats so avoid it.They can consume boiled meat also which contains huge proteins.

◆So to begin to live a healthy and fit life one must ensure that he doesnt eat junk foods everyday and sleeps all day.We should wake up early in the morning do regular exercise and most important drink more of water.For weight loss you can do these exercises:cardio,jogging,jumping jacks,step ups, elliptical,cycling.You can also add abs exercises like leg raise,cycling, alternate leg raise, crunches, sit ups,reverse crunches,plank, side plank and so on.But if you are going for muscle gain then you should do weight training like you should arrange your schedule like monday chest& biceps.Tuesday Legs.Wenesday cardio& abs.Thursday shoulders & triceps.Friday cardio &abs. Saturday Back.Or change schedule you want.
